Senior Ambassador Team

No. This is not a job, internship, or paid position. It’s a senior rep program. Selected reps receive a complimentary senior session and the chance to earn rewards by referring friends who book using their referral code.

We keep it simple. Reps are only asked to:

o post 1 feed post on Instagram and add us as a collaborator

o post 3 Instagram Stories throughout the season

o tag us in those posts

o share their referral code with friends

That’s it. We are not asking for constant posting, weekly content, or anything that feels like a second job.

No. There is no penalty. Reps are given the opportunity to earn rewards through referrals, but there is no punishment, hidden fee, or charge if they do not hit a certain number.

No. There are no hidden fees to join the program.

Selected reps receive a complimentary senior session. The only time a rep would pay anything is if they choose to upgrade their session, add on something extra, or purchase prints/products outside of what is included.

Yes. Parent or guardian approval is required to participate. Since senior portraits are often a family investment, we want both seniors and parents to feel comfortable with how the program works from the beginning.

Yes. If selected, the senior and parent/guardian will sign the official rep agreement, along with a media release form that gives us permission to use the images in our marketing. The terms for the agreement can be found here

Because part of the program is representing our brand. We use rep images on our website, social media, and other marketing materials so future seniors and families can see our work. We are not asking for anything beyond permission to use the photos for our business marketing.

Yes. Reps must be active on Instagram.

To participate, selected reps must:

o post 1 feed post

o add us as a collaborator on that post

o tag us in 3 Story posts during the season (one post in spring, summer, and fall each)

Selected reps receive a complimentary senior session along with the digital release of their images.

From there, reps can:

o purchase prints separately, or

o wait until the end of the season and use any accumulated print credits

Yes. Reps are welcome to upgrade their complimentary session and simply pay the difference between the included session and the upgraded option.

Each rep will receive a referral code to share with friends. When a new client uses that code and books a qualifying full-priced session, the rep earns print credit toward rewards.

Friends who use a rep’s referral code receive $50 off a full-priced senior session. This offer cannot be combined with other sales or promotions.

For every qualified booked referral, reps earn $50 in print credit.

At 5 booked referrals, reps earn a bonus mini session.
At 10 booked referrals by November 1, reps can choose to keep their print credit or exchange it for a $450 Visa gift card.

That’s totally fine. There is no penalty. You simply keep any print credit you’ve earned and can use it toward prints and products based on the program terms.
