Senior Rep Program Terms of Agreement

Class of 2027 | 2026 Season

Our Senior Rep Program is a selective opportunity for a small group of Class of 2027 seniors in the Colorado Springs area to receive a complimentary senior session, represent Valkyrie Visions Photography, and earn rewards through qualified referrals.

Who the Program Is For

This program is designed for current juniors graduating with the Class of 2027 who are:

• based in the Colorado Springs area

• active on social media

• excited to share their senior photo experience

• interested in representing a fashion-forward, athlete-focused brand

• able to communicate well and follow through on expectations

Because most senior sessions are booked by parents, parent approval is required for participation.

What Selected Reps Receive

Each selected rep will receive:

• one complimentary senior session

• edited images to share on social media

• the opportunity to earn $50 print credit for each qualified booked referral

• milestone rewards based on the number of qualified booked referrals they generate

Any optional upgrades, add-ons, prints, products, studio rental fees, or additional services are not included unless stated otherwise.

What We Ask From Our Reps

In return, selected reps are expected to:

• complete their session within the assigned timeframe

• post and share images from their session

• tag Valkyrie Visions Photography on Instagram when sharing rep photos

• speak honestly about their experience

• refer friends who may be interested in senior portraits

• communicate respectfully and reliably throughout the program

This is meant to be a fun and rewarding experience, but it also works best when reps are genuinely engaged and excited to participate.

Social Media Expectations

We do not expect constant posting, but we do expect meaningful participation.

At minimum, reps should plan to:

• share at least one feed post or carousel

• share session images to their Instagram Stories at least once during spring, summer, and fall

• tag our account when posting or sharing images

• avoid applying heavy filters or edits that change the delivered photographs

Referral Area

To count toward rep rewards and milestones, referred bookings must be for sessions located within our local service area:

• Colorado Springs

• Manitou Springs

• Monument

• Fountain

Referrals outside of these areas do not count toward milestone rewards unless approved in advance.

Referral Discount for Friends

Friends referred by a current rep may receive:

$50 off a full-priced senior session

This referral offer:

• applies only to full-priced sessions

• cannot be combined with other promotions

• cannot be stacked with other discounts

• applies only to new senior clients in the approved service area

What Counts as a Qualified Referral

A referral counts only when:

• the referred senior is a new client

• they book a full-priced senior session

• they are located within the approved service area

• they are not using another sale, promotion, or discount

• they mention the rep’s name or referral code at the time of inquiry

• their booking is officially completed

An inquiry, message, or lead by itself does not count as a booked referral.

Rep Rewards

For each qualified booked referral, the rep earns:

$50 print credit

Print credit may be banked and used toward eligible prints and products offered by Valkyrie Visions Photography.

Milestone Rewards

5 Booked Referrals

Once a rep reaches 5 qualified booked referrals, they unlock:

one bonus mini session of their choice

Please note:

• studio rental fees are not included

• studio-based concepts may require an additional fee

10 Booked Referrals by November 1, 2026

If a rep reaches 10 qualified booked referrals by November 1, 2026, they may choose to:

• keep their $500 print credit, or

• exchange that credit for a $450 Visa gift card

If a rep does not reach 10 qualified booked referrals by that date, they will still keep any earned print credit, which may be used toward prints and products.

Print Credit Terms

Earned print credit:

• may be banked during the program period

• may be used toward eligible prints and products

• is not redeemable for cash unless the 10-referral gift card milestone is reached by the deadline

• may not be transferred to another person

• may expire based on the final terms outlined in the official rep agreement

Scheduling and Participation

All sessions and rewards are subject to scheduling availability, weather, seasonal demand, and location considerations.

We reserve the right to remove a participant from the program if they repeatedly fail to communicate, do not participate in good faith, misrepresent the program, or behave in a way that reflects poorly on the brand.

Parent Involvement

If selected, both the rep and a parent/guardian will receive the official agreement outlining the full terms of participation, image use, scheduling expectations, and referral reward details.
