The Experience

A black and white photo of a wedding ceremony outdoors on a sunny day, with a bride and groom holding hands under a floral arch, surrounded by seated guests, a table with an icon, and a scenic background of trees, a fountain, and a golf course.

Photos That Let You Be There Again

While yes, we’ll get the wall-worthy portraits, we believe the heart of your wedding is in the unscripted. The bursts of laughter. The way your partner squeezes your hand. The second you catch your breath. Because when it’s all said and done, those are the kinds of memories that don’t need retakes.

Two women hugging, one appears emotional, in a black-and-white photo, possibly at a celebration or significant event.

You and I value
the same things,
being with your people and
photographs that breathe like memories.
I want that for you, too. I've dedicated my craft to anticipation, restraint, and the empathy to not just capture a moment but provide you the space to embrace them.

A GREAT PHOTOGRAPH REMINDS YOU OF THE DETAILS. A GREAT MEMORY LETS YOU RELIVE THE WARMTH OF A MOMENT.

Our Approach

AND WHY IT MATTERS

Beautiful & Candid

Candid doesn’t mean bland. We turn “dope” spots into art and making the ordinary and mundane look intentional. Wide frames that breathe when the scene needs space; tight frames that hum when the feeling peaks. The point: real moments, composed with intention, so your story looks as good as it feels.

Your Day, Protected

I’m in your corner. Need privacy? I’ll create it. Want sunset portraits? I’ll make the time. Prefer fewer posed moments and more time with your people? Done. My job is to shield you from stress so it never shows on your face and to fight for the experience you actually want.

The People Who Matter

Your people are the point. I can’t be everywhere at once, but when I’m there, I’m tuned in, grandma on the dance floor, your best friend’s laughing sob, the hug that holds a decade. Life moves; photographs hold. I work with intention so you can remember them exactly as they were that day.

Friendly Transparency

Straight talk, warm energy. Tell me when you want more portraits, or when you’re ready to get back to the party. When we can, we split portraits into small moments across the day. We take our work seriously, not ourselves; it should feel like hanging out with a friend who happens to be a relentless observer.

COMPLIMENTARY ENGAGEMENT SESSION

SEE WHAT SETS US APART

By now, you’ve read a bit about what the experience is like with us and you’ve probably seen other photographers say something similar. That’s fair. It’s easy to talk about storytelling, candid moments, and capturing your day authentically. But here’s the thing: we’d rather show you.

We offer a complimentary engagement session up front because we believe in what we do. It’s our way of backing up every word on this page, giving you a chance to experience what it’s like to work with someone who truly wants you to be present, relaxed, and fully yourself. No cost. No commitment. Just a real moment, together.

FAQs

  • Yes we do! A $500 retainer secures your date, and the rest is broken up into a payment plan that fits your budget.

  • We’ve got a dedicated package for Micro-Weddings, Small Celebrations, and Elopements (The Intimate Journey) starting at $1400 for 3 hours. See the package here.

  • Most our couples book a year out. So the sooner, the better! Popular dates can fill up fast (especially weekends), so if you’ve already got your date set, let’s chat. That said, if you’re a last-minute planner, still reach out!

  • Yep! We try to have a Photography assistant with us at every wedding to ensure your dress looks it’s best and so lighting is perfect. We also have trusted professionals photographers who we work with when you book associate photographers.

  • You’ll usually get a sneak peek within 48 hours to hold you over! As for the full gallery, it typically takes about 4-7 weeks, depending on the season.

  • As soon as the shoot’s done, your photos get backed up faster than you can say “cheese.” Seriously, I'm a bit obsessive about making sure everything’s safe, so I back them up in multiple places right away.

  • You bet I am! I’m fully insured because, let’s face it, peace of mind is important when it comes to your big day. It’s one of those things you hope never to need, but it’s always good to know it’s there, just in case.

  • We don’t overbook weekends and typically avoid shooting more than one wedding in a 3-day window. When we commit to photographing your big day, it’s important to us to be fully focused and present, no juggling multiple events and flexible for 1-2 day reschedules.

That said, life can throw curveballs. If your wedding is rescheduled to a day we’re already booked, we’ve got a solid network of trusted photographers whom we bring in to document it as I would. They share our style and standards, so you’ll be in good hands, no matter what. We would still edit!
