No. The entry-level Partner tier is free to join and Preferred & Premier tiers have minimum lead requirements but you pay nothing, in fact, we pay you.
All partners begin at the Partner level and may request an upgrade to Preferred Partner or Premier Partner status once they meet the qualification requirements.

Yes. Before offering the session, please check the availability calendar to make sure Valr Studios is currently open for the couple’s wedding date.
This helps protect the client experience and ensures the couple has a real opportunity to continue with Valr Studios for wedding photography if the session is a good fit.

Generally, no. This program is intended for couples who have not yet booked their wedding photographer and may be a fit for Valr Studios.
The complimentary engagement session is not intended to be used as a general portrait giveaway for couples who are already fully booked with another photographer.

Your payout depends on your current partner tier.
Partner members receive a $40 per couple.
Preferred Partners receive $75 per couple.
Premier Partners receive $100 per couple.

Yes. You may sell, gift, or bundle the engagement session however it best fits your business.
If you charge for the session, you keep 100% of the revenue. Valr Studios does not take a cut of what you charge your clients for access to the session.

Your maximum session price depends on your partner tier.
Partner-level members may charge up to $300 per session. Preferred and Premier Partners may charge up to $500 per session.

After confirming availability, send the couple to the Preferred Vendor Engagement Session scheduler.
During booking, they will be asked which partner referred them. They should select your business from the dropdown so we can track the referral properly.

Referrals are tracked through the partner selection field in the booking form.
When the couple schedules their session, they will select the partner who referred them. That selection allows us to connect the couple to your partner account throughout the sales process.

Partner payouts are issued when a referred couple books wedding photography with Valr Studios and completes their required retainer or first payment.
Payouts are not issued for inquiries, scheduled engagement sessions, completed engagement sessions, or consultations alone. The couple must book wedding photography with Valr Studios.
Program Guidelines
You may sell, gift, or bundle the engagement session however it best fits your business.
You keep 100% of anything you charge for the engagement session.
Valr Studios Photography handles scheduling, session planning, photography, editing, and gallery delivery.
Sessions are subject to availability.
Pre-qualify a couple: Ensure they still need a wedding photographer & check our availability before offering the session.
Unused monthly sessions do not roll over.
Additional sessions may be approved based on availability.
Please only use approved Valr Studios Photography images, copy, and assets when promoting this offer.
